Menopause and the Link to Anxiety Disorders

Women in menopause, as well as women of child bearing age, suffer needlessly
from anxiety disorders and panic attacks. Physicians are quick to
offer anti-depressant medications, as well as powerful sedative drugs;
however the menopause panic attacksand anxiety episodes will most likely continue unless the underlying
hormone imbalances are addressed and corrected. Many women are
completely unaware of the physical reasons for menopause and anxiety and their doctors may not take the time to educate them.
